Hyrox & functional conditioning in Chania: preparing for race day
Hyrox combines running with 8 functional stations, and good preparation needs a space with the right conditioning equipment. The open-air zone at ATLAS in Chania is built for exactly that.
The conditioning equipment
Rowers, assault bikes, a ski erg, sled push and pull, a stair climber and curved treadmills: everything you need to train your endurance and power, in an open space with a mountain view.
The open space gives you real length for sleds and carries, something that rarely fits inside an indoor gym.
Structuring a Hyrox session
Alternate running or the bike with strength-endurance stations (sled, wall balls, burpees, lunges). Hold a steady pace and teach your body to transition quickly from one station to the next.
Who is it for?
For every level. Whether you are preparing for an official Hyrox race or just want better conditioning, the functional zone adapts to your own goals.
