This Privacy Policy describes how ATLAS Elite Fitness ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects the personal data of visitors to our website and members of our gym in Chania. Information you fill in on contact or interest forms, such as your name, email, phone and message content, as well as the details you give at reception to register or manage your membership.

We do not request or collect special categories of personal data, such as health data, political or religious beliefs, or other sensitive data.
